Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MassiveDynamicLab (hereinafter referred to as "MDL", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests for services rendered by MDL.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests are eligible for consideration if the service provided by MDL does not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement or if there is a significant defect in the deliverables.

2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request outlining the reasons for the refund and providing any relevant documentation or evidence to support their claim. Refund requests will be reviewed by MDL's management team, and a decision will be made based on the merit of the request and the Terms of the Service Agreement within 02 Working days. If a refund is approved, the customer will be notified via official Mail, and the refund will be processed within 05-07 Working Days from the date of approval. Payment refund shall be made to the original mode of payment only.

3. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain services or products may be non-refundable, as specified in the Service Agreement or Terms of Sale. This may include customized or personalized services, third-party fees, or expenses incurred on behalf of the customer.

4. Dispute Resolution:
If a customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of their refund request, they may escalate the matter to MDL's management team for further review and resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the customer may pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in the Service Agreement or Applicable Laws under Mumbai Jurisdiction.

5. Changes to This Policy:
MDL reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
